PUBLIC NOTICE

TOWN OF FRYEBURG PLANNING BOARD

 

On May 25, 2021, beginning at 6:00 pm at the David & Doris Hastings Community Center on 59 Recreation Drive, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing as follows:

 

Regarding an Application for Land Use Authorization submitted by East Coast Growers, LLC.  The applicant is seeking to establish a Tier 3 Adult Use Marijuana Cultivation operation. This will be an outdoor grow on a currently vacant 28 acre parcel accessed by Lovell Road and Fish Street. (Tax Map 022, Lot 072 and 073)

 

Regarding an Application for Land Use Authorization submitted by Mountain Valley Cultivation, LLC.  The applicant is seeking to establish a Tier 3 Adult Use Marijuana Cultivation operation. This will be an outdoor grow on a currently vacant parcel accessed by Lovell Road and Fish Street. (Tax Map 022, Lot 072 and 073)
