NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF FRYEBURG
On Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at 6:00 pm, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing to receive input concerning proposed amendments to the Town of Fryeburg Land Use Ordinance, as follows:
Mandatory revisions to the Floodplain Management Ordinance (Section 24), as required by the State of Maine;
Expansion of the Planning Board’s jurisdiction over Building and Site Review (Section 16.D) to all districts (it is presently only applicable in the Village Commerical District).
The proposed ordinance revisions can be viewed at the Town Office during normal business hours.
All interested parties are encouraged to attend.
