Planning Board Public Hearing/ Planning Board Meeting

TOWN OF FRYEBURG PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARINGS There will be three Public Hearings on Tuesday, March 28th, 2023, at the David & Doris Hastings Community Center, 59 Recreation Drive, Fryeburg to hear comments about three separate proposed ordinance revisions for Land Use Ordinance. The first public hearing will begin at 6:00 pm and continue for each proposed ordinance. The regular Planning Board Meeting will resume immediately following the Public Hearing. The ordinances are as follows: • Proposed LD 2003 related regulations, Section 16, 17, & 25 • Proposed Solar Regulations, Section 5, 17 AA., & 25 • Proposed Short Term Rental Regulations, Section 5, 17 BB & 25 All interested parties are encouraged to attend. Copies of proposed ordinances will be available on the Town Website and at the Town Office. Comments can also be forwarded to the Code Enforcement Officer at codeofficer@fryeburgmaine.org.
