Select Board Meeting/Public Hearing

There will be a Public Hearing Thursday, May 26th, at 6 pm at the David & Doris Hastings Community Center, 59 Recreation Drive, Fryeburg to hear comments and take questions about proposed revisions to the Town of Fryeburg Skateboard Ordinance.  The draft revisions remove a blanket prohibition  on the use of skateboards on any public way, sidewalk or public parking lot within Fryeburg and creates specific standards to generally allow skateboards, with limitations. Draft ordinances will be available at the Town Office or can be viewed on the town website at www.fryeburgmaine.org.
