NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF FRYEBURG
The Planning Board will hold the continuation of a Public Hearing on August 10, 2010, at 7:30 pm, at the Fryeburg Rescue Barn meeting room, 89 Bridgton Road, to consider an application for a 3-lot subdivision submitted by David Andrews, to be located on the corner of Route 5 and Highland Park Road.
All interested parties are encouraged to attend.
BOARD OF APPEALS
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF FRYEBURG
The Board of Appeals will hold a meeting on Tuesday August 10 th , at the Fryeburg Town Office, located 16 Lovewell Pond Road, at 6:30 pm to reconsider its decision made on July 20 th to deny a variance request/mislocated building appeal application submitted by Paul Harriman. The applicant was requesting a variance from the side property line setback requirement for the placement of a mobile home at 152 Union Hill Road (Tax Map 28, Lot 20).
