FRYEBURG PLANNING BOARD
Minutes- September 30, 2009
Town Hall
Present: A. O. Lucy, Chair; Ed Price, Vice Chairman; Michael Holtgrefe, Secretary; John Weston, Associate; & Jim Dutton, Associate
The Chair called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm.
A quorum was declared.
Ed Price motioned to have John Weston & Jim Dutton, Associates; act as voting members for this meeting. Michael Holtgrefe seconded the motion. Vote: unanimous.
Ed Price motioned for the August meeting minutes be accepted as written. John Weston 2 nd the motion. Vote: unanimous.
CEO Report: 12 building permits 11 plumbing permits and 6 building violations were issued in August.
Application for C.H. Acquisitions: Application was accepted providing some condition be met. Pavement aprons and shrubbery were to be added along the main road. In regards to the pavement of the entry points; the point was made that the paving season ends in the beginning of October, when the whether turns colder. It was suggested that the pavement process should be completed by June 30 th 2010.
A motion was proposed to find the application complete by John Weston. Jim Dutton 2 nd the motion. Motion carried.
Motion was proposed by John Weston to accept plan with conditions that the proposed changes be completed by June 30 th 2010. Jim Dutton 2 nd the motion. Vote: unanimous providing accepted conditions.
Shoreline Zoning: Additional mandatory adjustments need to be added and then put toward a hearing and then a town vote for revisions & Shoreline zoning.
Comprehensive Plan Updates : A date has not been set up for an initial meeting. A.O. Lucy suggest to Jim Dutton and Town Selectman Tom Kleinpeter to come up with a starter list. Maybe schedule meetings for Nov. 4 th, Nov. 10, or Nov 12 th in the rescue barn.
Next meeting Oct. 27 th .
John Weston motioned to adjourn the meeting at 9:35pm; Ed Price 2nd motion. Motion carried.
