FRYEBURG PLANNING BOARD
Minutes- November 24, 2009
Town Hall

Present:  A. O. Lucy, Chair; Ed Price, Vice Chairman; Michael Holtgrefe, Secretary; Judy Reading, Associate

The Chair called the meeting to order at 6:34pm, a quorum was declared.

Ed Price motioned to have Judy Reading, Associate; act as a voting member for this meeting.  Michael Holtgrefe seconded the motion.  Vote: unanimous.

Ed Price motioned for the September meeting minutes be accepted as written. Michael Holtgrefe 2 nd the motion. Vote: unanimous.

CEO Report: 4 building permits 4 plumbing permits and 2 building violations were issued in August.

Application for Land Use Amendments- WE Corp: The existing structure will used, an amendment for prior use from approved land use. All activities for bottling will take place within existing structure, with retrieval of water waste being once a month and two delivery trucks arriving and departing twice a week.

Ed Price motioned to accept the application as complete, Michael Holtgrefe 2 nd the motion. Vote: unanimous. Ed Price also motioned to have amendment approved as presented. Michael Holtgrefe 2 nd the motioned. Vote: unanimous.

Adoption of High Water mark for Kezar Pond: Discussions to set an official high water mark for Kezar pond. This was recommended by the DEP with an official height of 3.73'.

Ed Price motioned to adopt an official high water mark for Kezar Pond. Michael Holtgrefe 2 nd the motion.

Next meeting Dec. 15 th , 2009.

Ed Price motioned to adjourn the meeting at 9:35pm; Michael Holtgrefe 2nd motion. Motion carried.
