Regular Planning Board meetings are typically scheduled for the 4th Tuesday of the month, although this can vary depending on the workload of the Planning Board and the urgency of projects that are being reviewed. The meetings start at 6:30 and are held at the Town Office unless otherwise noted .

Land Use Authorization Applications and associated material must be received by the Planning Board at least 7 days prior to the regularly scheduled meeting in order to be on the agenda. Subdivision Applications and associated materials must be received by the Planning Board at least 14 days prior to the regularly scheduled meeting.

The Board of Appeals meets on an as needed basis when applications are received. The meetings are held at the Town Office unless otherwise noted.

The Board of Appeals is responsible for hearing and deciding on administrative appeals of the Code Enforcement Officer and the Planning Board . The Board of appeals is also responsible for authorizing variances.

Applications for appeals must be received by the Board within 30 days after the decision is made by the CEO or Planning Board .
