FRYEBURG BOARD OF APPEALS
Draft Minutes- March 16, 2010

Call to order 6:35 pm. Five members of board in attendance: James St. Pierre, Kimberly Clarke, Virginia Howe, Angelo Milia, Greg Huemmler.

Milia notes that landowner not present.

Asks members to review application.  Milia notes that fee is paid. Applicant is different from the landowner.

Howe request to see map of lot at next meeting. Milia requests all abutters be notified.

Howe asks Code Enforcement Officer about clarification concerning current zoning and requested zoning changes.

Milia asks all members to review the municipal code for discussion during our next meeting.

Milia notes that there are some municipal meetings scheduled across the state should anyone be interested in attending.

Milia schedules next meeting for April 6th to discuss variance request.

Members review minutes from meeting on January 26th, motion to accept. Seconded and passed.

Huemmler wants to make it clear to the applicant that the board hasn't any evidence of the owner's approval or clarification of relationship between applicant and owner. Milia wants deed and owner's approval to be accounted for at next meeting.
