Fryeburg Planning Board Minutes

Present: Kathleen Heggie, Acting-Chairman, Carol Gregory, Ed Price, David Andrews (alternate).
Absent: Michael Holtgrefe (excused)

The Chairman called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. A quorum was declared.

MINUTES APPROVED

Minutes were approved for the following meeting dates:

• October 16, 2007 (Motioned by Carol Gregory, seconded by David Andrews, all voting in favor)
• November 13, 2007 (Motioned by David Andrews, seconded by Carol Gregory, all voting in favor)
• January 8, 2008 (Motioned by Ed Price, seconded by Carol Gregory, all voting in favor)

NOTICE OF DECISION PROCESS

Kathleen Heggie has prepared a template for a final Notice of Decision document. This will be filled in throughout the application review and approval process. Each member will collaborate with the Chairman, making sure the Notice of Decision is clear and accurate and able to be delivered to the applicant within 10 days of approval or rejection of their application.

NESTLE E-MAIL REQUEST

All e-mails to the Planning Board have been submitted to Phil Covelli, Town Manager. Since Phil is out on medical leave they were given to Boni Rickett, CEO, to submit to Bill Dale, Attorney for the Planning Board.

NEXT MEETING

The next meeting will be on Tuesday, January 29.

ADJOURNMENT

On motion by David Andrews, seconded by Ed Price, and all voting in favor, the meeting was adjourned at 8:30 PM.
