TOWN OF FRYEBURG, MAINE
PLANNING BOARD MEETING
OCTOBER 25, 2005

7:00 PM. Town office, members present P. Hill, C. Gregory, G. Bergoffen, T. Raymond and Hannah Warren replacing Carmen Doughty who was absent.

Meeting subject: request of H. Hastings for a waiver to create two lots where one 5 acre lot exists with a former (1988) Planning Board restriction that limits a division is in place.

Mr. Hastings was present. Victor Hall and adjacent property owner opposed to the request was also present.

The planning board voted 3 to 2 to waive the restriction with the following conditions:

• The two lots created must be rectangular to the greatest extent practicable.
• The two lots must share the existing, Route 302, access and no additional direct , Route 302, access is allowed.
• The use of each of the two lots must be restricted to either a one or a two family residence and activities defined in section 17, under 17-1 (Home Occupations), of the Land Use Ordinance

Meeting adjourned thereafter.
