Mr. Wilkey called the meeting to order at 7:00pm

MINUTES:
The minutes of March 17, 2005 were reviewed. Mr. Dutton moved to approve the minutes as submitted. Mr. Wilkey seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

PUBLIC FORUM:
SAD Funding - Mr. Dutton reviewed the discussion held on the previous Monday evening regarding the new school funding formulas and their impact on towns in the SAD. He supplied hardcopies of the PowerPoint presentation slides that were used in the presentation. He urged any and all interested parties to take copies with them for review and to be aware that future meetings regarding the subject may take place before the SAD budget is approved.
