BOARD OF SELECTMEN
JUNE 20, 2002
4:30 P.M.

ATTENDEES: Diane Gushee, Allan Trumbull, Buzz Pratt, June Irvine, Anne Carney

It was moved, seconded and voted to go into Executive Session pursuant to 1 MRSA 405 6E (2-0).

When the Board of Selectmen came out of Executive Session a motion was made to engage an independent investigator with respect to a pending Police personnel matter and to delegate to counsel the authority to take the steps necessary to implement the investigation. Motion was seconded and voted (2-0).

The Board of Selectmen approved a letter to Pure Mountain Spring LLC confirming the vote to swap the Town's Porter Rd. property for the Norway Savings Bank property on Route 302 with some minor changes. (2-0)

The meeting was adjourned at 6:10 pm.
