A final determination of the employee's status, as a result of this investigation, will be made as soon as possible.

It was moved and seconded to go into Executive Session (3-0)
To Consult with Counsel on Pending Real Estate Negotiations
M.R.S.A.§ 405

When the Board of Selectmen came out of Executive Session they advised the Administrative Assistant that they feel they have an obligation to get technical information regarding the land swap proposed by Pure Mountain Springs and they are amazed that Pure Mountain Springs is reticent to turn information over to them. They are aware that this is public information available to them in Augusta, but to date have not had personnel available to make the trip to retrieve it.
